Pi Sigma Epsilon is a nationally recognized organization that provides students with their business advantage for life. Epsilon Theta at the University of Northern Iowa currently holds 50+ members whom all aspire to grow professionally and personally to reach their full potential. Accepting all majors into our chapter, Epsilon Theta relies on our diverse backgrounds to continue achieving our goals.

Epsilon Theta is a highly motivated group of individuals who continues to work together to gain meaningful life and business skills. We believe that each of our members will only get out of the organization what they put into it, but luckily anything is possible. PSE offers valuable knowledge and experiences to all members and opportunities to hold leadership positions, compete in local and national competitions, and attend professional seminars.  Whether you are a business major or in the education program, everyone can find their place to thrive in PSE.
